Stu Suchard 

Vice President

Stu Graduated in 1982 from Northwood University in Midland Michigan with a BA in Business Management and BA in Marketing.

Stu has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Whether its car sales, golf club sales or home renovations, Stu has enjoyed working for himself.

Stu became a licensed car dealer at 18. After 20+ successful years, the car business has become a hobby only as other business ventures have become more demanding.

Stu has a wife of 35 years and 3 married daughters all with families of their own. 

In 1994 Stu purchased James Packaging which was established in 1984 by Len James.

Carl McIntyre 

Design & Tooling

Carl has been the Packaging Designer and Tool Maker at James Packaging since 2006.

Carl specializes in streamlining the process from package concept to production, often completing projects in under a month thanks to in-house design and machining. Carl has modernized the tooling department by adopting advanced machinery to reduce lead times. Known for his keen eye and practical approach, he collaborates closely with clients to craft functional, saleable packaging that works.

After work, Carl enjoys several hobbies including PC building and repair, 3D printing, and motorcycles.

Melissa Harris

General Manager

Melissa Harris joined the James Packaging team in 2019. As our General Manager, Melissa brings over 28 years of customer service and office administration experience with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.  

Melissa is responsible for all daily operations at James Packaging, ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, is an animal lover and enjoys expressing her creative side with creating and selling handmade crafts.
